ABOUT ME

I've embraced the true essence of my Manifesting Generator energy... curious, enthusiastic & sometimes as unpredictable as the Melbourne weather. From the shores of Mornington Peninsula to the beautiful countryside of Daylesford, the vibrant coast of Nusa Lembongan, and the artisan Spanish village of Mojácar on the Mediterranean, I've called some magical places 'home' in my lifelong journey around the world.

For 18 years, I thrived as a personal trainer, guiding people to discover their true potential. During that time, I also owned a bar in Spain for five years, where I learned the art of hospitality and the joy of bringing people together in community. These days, I've traded gym weights for crystal bowls & tuning forks. Through movement, breath, and the magic of sound, I now help others connect deeply to their unique energy & inner rhythm. Whether I'm on the mat with a singing bowl in hand or offering Human Design insights, I'm here to inspire & uplift, blending a little mysticism, a lot of heart & enough humour to keep things real.

Beyond my passion for energy work, I'm a proud mother of five, blessed with four grandchildren, and an adorable Englishman who calls London home. Yes, I live in Melbourne, which makes our love story a cross-continental adventure!
